This procedure will strengthen the abdomen muscles and the skin will get tighten back to its place. I have gone to the clinic for the extreme spinal pain and for abdomen. If you undergone pregnancy, don't leave the back pain as it is. Approach physiotherapist as soon as possible. I had a spine bulge & diastisis recti. Just by the glance & touch, she said that I have a bulge from L1 to L5. For my belief, she asked me to take MRI. I took MRI and she was correct. I just surrendered myself to her, she took treatment for 1 and half a month for spine. Tadaaaa! Now I'm pain free. I'm ever grateful. She has solved my problem. Not only for back pain, those who have pain in any parts of the body, please approach her. She ll definitely do her magic. For abdomen: i had taken treatment called tummy tuck, in which she strengthened my abdomen muscles and made the skin to tighten. This treatment will improve the collagen and make skin to go back its shape. If we left the abdomen muscle as it is after pregnancy, later it can cause hernia. Better to care ourselves before it gets worsen. I had a great improvement after this treatment. It took 2 months for me.
